We originally had a powered awning installed at our cottage about ten years ago. During a windstorm late last year the arms broke and we needed a repair or replacement. Adrian was quick to give us options on what we can do and offered to visit the house to look at the damaged arms. We decided on a replacement of the main unit and Adrian was able to give us a bit of a rebate for the old motor (which still worked).
We ordered the new unit and Adrian and Simon installed it as quickly as it came in. Both took great care and it was obvious they cared about installing it correctly. We had a small issue with one of the arms not fully retracting a few days later and Adrian was there almost immediately to tweak the settings and it works perfectly now.
I highly recommend them - Adrian was always responsive (by text) and gave us really good advice on what to do.
