Brian and Dana are amazing...we woke up Saturday morning, to a cold house, our furnace was gone. We called and we were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person as opposed to a machine. Dana was so helpful, courteous, compassionate, and understanding of our dilemma.
Brian came out the same day and told us what our issues were, parts were needed and left us with 2 heaters in the interim. Keep in mind, this was in the middle of the Christmas / New Year Holiday. Because of the holiday and supply chain issues, we really didn't expect anything before January. Mid week we got a call from Dana explaining the delay (great customer communication) and said it would be asap.
Instead of waiting for delivery, Brian went out personally and picked up our parts and came on Dec 31st and within the hour, we had heat again!
We are so pleased with their service on all levels, we would recommend them to anyone...Cheers!!
