The contractor was Sheldon. He was punctual and went to work immediately after assessing the damage. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about finding a solution to the problem. He replaced the locks and screen for the sliding door.He also gave helpful advice regarding how to care for locks and screen. I would definitely recommend his services to others
