I had my bathtub refinished in mid December, the gentleman came in and did the job - from afar the bathtub looked great . It wasnt util I began the clean up process that I starting noticing things and than the reglaze already chip. All my black fixtures have been ruined by the glazed - all have this white film on it that doesn't come off - the bathtub feels like there are rocks under it , the bathtub was caulked and it looks like a two year old did. I immediately called them that night - no answer - I emailed them the pictures of what happened - no answer - I kept texting and finally this guy mike very rude responded and said he would send someone - first time I confirmed twice and the guy was a no show and now again i confirmed twice and the guy was a no show - kept texting mike and finally after me saying I was going to write a bad review than he finally answered me saying the the had covid and I said why would you not tell me during the day instead of making me wait all day and then finally telling me at 7pm at night when the appt was a t 2pm - excuses on top if excuses - kept saying he could fix it but had to be within his time frames - I'm the one inconvenience and paid in full plus tip for the most horrible job ever and I have to still bend backwards - worst company ever - joke is on me
