My 97 year old dad needed the roof on his bungalow replaced. We wanted to make sure no one was going to try to take advantage of him so we asked for a quote from Amir to include a term that there would be no deposit and no monies paid until the work was completed. He agreed immediately. On the day of installation Amir sent pictures to me throughout the day so that I could see the condition of the boards, the membrane he was putting down, the extra vents that were installed etc. and the final completed roof. It was an excellent job. Amir was absolutely wonderful to deal with, very responsive to all my messages and great roof work. Im so glad we went with ARS. I would highly recommend ARS and Amir.
