Dynasty Renovation did an excellent job building a new basement walkout for me. The job was done on time and the workmanship is above and beyond. Luke and Max were able to adjust their schedule to get it within my deadline. I highly recommend Luke and Max and their team for quality job when it comes to new foundation and other concrete work. After a heavy rainfall my basement walls had spots where water was leaking through the foundation walls. I obtained 3 quotes and as Luke was the most prompt in responding I decided to give him my business. His quote was extremely fair. I was promised that the work would be done in 10 days but the team worked through the hottest days in September and completed it in 5 days. Luke and Max answered any questions or concerns I may have had. We have only had one light rainfall since with no water reappearing. Hopefully there will be no water after a heavy rainfall. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any of the concrete services they provide.

Great job! Everything was done on time and at reasonable cost. Its my second time working with Dynasty Renovations team for a last couple of years and I will be calling again for my next project. Highly recommended!

I had a leak in my basement that never been seen in the cold room until recent heavy rains. The water was coming in through the wall and floor joint. I found Dynasty Renovation on HomeStars searching for professionals. I contacted Dynasty Renovation and we scheduled inspection appointment. I wanted a permanent solution for this problem and we went for exterior foundation waterproofing. The leak is gone ever since Dynasty Renovation did exterior foundation waterproofing. I highly recommend contacting Dynasty Renovation to resolve such problems.

Work was done well, and quickly with minimal down time and no screwing around. Joseph is a really hard worker ( he likes a lot of sugar in his coffee ) Luke always answered the phone when I called...that is a huge plus in the construction business.....Half way through the job we had to up the scope of the work, but the upcharge was fair and reasonable.
We have a 100 year old house with a very narrow laneway and it was a difficult working environment.

Luke and Max were great to work with. They quickly reached out to set up a consultation on site and we received a quote with the estimated costs and breakdown of the work to be done. We had a lot of work to be done and some challenges due to the backyard hill and fencing shared with our neighbour.

Work itself also started soon after discussion of dates - the total time for the project was 1 week and they finished within 5 days. They did a great job with their team to excavate the area, lay out the gravel, set up the concrete forms, concrete pouring, clean up and installation of the french drains.

Deeply appreciated how understanding they were and we communicated frequently to complete the project.
