Luke and Max were great to work with. They quickly reached out to set up a consultation on site and we received a quote with the estimated costs and breakdown of the work to be done. We had a lot of work to be done and some challenges due to the backyard hill and fencing shared with our neighbour. Work itself also started soon after discussion of dates - the total time for the project was 1 week and they finished within 5 days. They did a great job with their team to excavate the area, lay out the gravel, set up the concrete forms, concrete pouring, clean up and installation of the french drains. Deeply appreciated how understanding they were and we communicated frequently to complete the project. Definitely recommend Dynasty Renovation for their work and will definitely reach out to them for any future work.

We were looking for a contractor to switch out our carpeted stairs to wood and to keep our existing stair railings, pickets, and posts with only a stain/paint upgrade. Benjamin was super friendly and did a great job renovating our carpet stairs to wood. He understood our needs and did not push/sell us features we did not want unlike other companies that I requested quotes from. There were some hiccups along this experience, but Benjamin came through to complete the job. Benjamin and his team also kept things clean each day after their work. Overall, Benjamin and his team were a pleasure to work with for our project!

Mr. Guzman and his team were wonderful and did a great job to fix our fence after the storm had the fence panels unhinged from their brackets. He even recommended other potential fixes and understood our budget.
