We paid half upfront for the season.
The first snowfall, they came with shovels. Which surprised us, as we assumed they’d come with a blower OR plow.
But we were happy with the job they did. They even got out of their truck to help push a neighbour whose car got stuck going up our street.
The next snowfall we were awoken at 2 am by a loud gasoline-powered snow blower.
They came to our house IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. all of our neighbours had called us (we hadn’t imagined the noise was coming from our property!!??). My husband had to get bundled up in the middle of the night to go tell him he was NOT able to run machines in the middle of the night!
Ther was never an apology, or any remorse. Instead it was explained that they would “try” to fit us in during the day instead.
The next snowfalls, they failed to arrive until the following day. By then, we’d had to shovel so the mail carrier could come to drop our mail.
Long story short, they DID remove snow. So they met their contractual obligation. However, they did the worst job I could imagine, while actually doing the work.
We are completely unsatisfied and would NEVER use them again.
Only reason we used them for the remainder of the season was because we had paid half upfront and by the time the 2nd installment was due, no other services were available.
