Really very very bad customer service. Before purchasing the product they will be our back and once sold they dont even care of the clients. They promise to give bill credits and they dont keep their word. Mainly Khadija who is billing department manager, call you when left a bad review to negotiate and remove the comment. But then after there will be no response or reply, need to call them everyday and they keep on saying the same answer as we will make a note and forward to billing department about your issue and no one will call you. My issue is been addressing from 6-7 months and there is no resolution yet.
I definitely never ever refer these guys for anyone. And get worst experience like me.
