Work was done on our gas fireplace. The representative was professional in that he showed us the actual problem, explained how he was going to fix it, and the price for the repair before beginning. He was a wealth of information with regards to gas fireplaces their maintenance. We appreciated this. He even cleaned up after the repair.
Great to have this kind of service nowadays.
