Dale was amazing! He was so thorough while looking over the house. Then when it came to to explain what was going on, he was thorough in his explanations. He has a gentle spirit but his confidence and knowledge are extraordinary. You can tell he has much experience as it shines through in his detailed report. He put so much work in that he earned every penny...he probably could charge more for what he gives. Would recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection and have confidence in the outcome. First time home buyer so we are very pleased and wouldn't go with anyone else in the future. Thanks so much Dale!
