Ashraf got here on time and completed the work cleanly and professionally. It was only cleaning the dryer vent but he paid great attention to detail and got the job done quickly. Great service and highly recommend!

The furnace ignitor picked the long weekend to go out. I got a very quick response from Ashraf, and he was promptly at our house the next morning. He confirmed the issue, but because it was an uncommon part, we had to wait till the supply stores opened up on Tuesday. He made sure that he got the part first thing in the morning, came over, and fixed the furnace before he headed off to a previously-scheduled appointment. I'm very happy with the prompt, caring, service. Will definitely recommend Ashraf and use him for any future issues.

Given the layout of our laundry room, a dryer vent install was somewhat challenging. Ashraf listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to work around some installation challenges to achieve a perfect installation. He was also able to cleanly install additional natural gas supply lines for a new gas dryer and outdoor BBQ.
