Our AC stopped working on Thursday, spend the whole afternoon calling AC services in Hamilton. Didnt found one who would be able to come and assess the problem until I contacted Super Air from Hamilton. Spoke with Ash and setup the service appointment.
He came today as scheduled, opened the AC, found the problem (Capacitor) and fixed it on the spot, he was honest, professional and very knowledgeable.
I'm happy people like him still exist, we were so worried that they will say it needs to be replaced because it's 15+ years old but he said no, it's only one part and it's in good condition, we were so relieved and so happy.
We recommend Super Air for anyone.

Working with Ashraf is fantastic. He answers all your questions, explains in detail what is going on and is very accommodating. I had him come in to do the furnace Humidifier and since I was so satisfied with his work I called him up to do a couple of other items: natural gas piping repair, thermostat wiring just to mention a few. The furnace ignitor picked the long weekend to go out. I got a very quick response from Ashraf, and he was promptly at our house the next morning. He confirmed the issue, but because it was an uncommon part, we had to wait till the supply stores opened up on Tuesday. He made sure that he got the part first thing in the morning, came over, and fixed the furnace before he headed off to a previously-scheduled appointment. Given the layout of our laundry room, a dryer vent install was somewhat challenging. Ashraf listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to work around some installation challenges to achieve a perfect installation. He was also able to cleanly install additional natural gas supply lines for a new gas dryer and outdoor BBQ.
