The owner RENE charged me 2 service calls within a week after the initial problem was fixed only to discover further issues within days, he charged me 2 service calls as well no warranty on new parts or labor, and as a result, he lost my business for about 6000.00 on a new A/C unit. I've dealt with many contractors in my 60 years, I don't recommend Roy Plumbing in Parkland County. I CANCELLED my appointment immediately for a quote on A/C after this experience.
