The torsion spring on my double door broke and required replacing.
I called ProLift first thing in the morning, and requested a repair on our double wide door.
A few minutes later, I received a call from the owner and explained what I thought would be need to be done. He said that he would check with one of his service guys and see when he could come out to view and provide a no obligation quote. Minutes later, I received a text advising that Ty would be at our home a 2:00 PM. A few minutes past 2PM I received a call from Ty saying he just pulled into our neighbour and we be arriving in a few minutes.
Ty arrived, quickly confirmed what needed to be done, and provided me with a verbal quote. I asked him to proceed and it was repaired along lubricating the springs, rollers and hinges all in just over an hour.
All around the service from my first call to the completion was professional and courteous.
I did call another firm, and their price was slightly higher and the repair time was 2-3 days away.
