I had gone on the Bath Fitter website and looked around. I asked for a free consultation. Before the end of the day, I had a call from Holly. We scheduled an appt for the following week. She was very forthcoming about COVID protocols, letting me know that the salesperson coming into my home was fully vaccinated and would be wearing a mask.
The appointment went very well. Graeme was punctual, explained everything very well, took several measurements and then gave us the price breakdown. My husband and I had plenty of time to look it over and make a decision. After some manufacturing delays (because everything gets delayed during a pandemic), we got our new beautiful tub only little more than a month after our initial appt. Marco the installer was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure everything was just right. We also had a follow-up call from Holly to make sure we were satisfied and check if everything was as we expected. All in all, we highly recommend Bath Fitter North York.
