I hired Chris and Austen for a PDI inspection. Chris and Austen were extremely timely in their communication leading up to the PDI and answered all my questions going into the inspection.
During the inspection, Chris was very detailed and identified deficiencies that I would have never thought of. Chris and Austen's price was reasonable, and Chris and Austen delivered a high-level of utility that is definitely worth the price
Due to the builder not allowing inspection on the outside, Chris and Austen came back to the house and again, delivered high-quality service through their detail and took the time to explain the impact of the deficiencies and the urgency.
They delivered the report in a timely manner and were overall honest inspectors that treated my home like their own.
