Prior to the start of the project, he visited my house multiple times, providing invaluable insights and presenting various design options. Impressively, he even included a computer-generated blueprint as part of the contract.

Throughout the construction process, Andrew personally attended to every aspect of the project, diligently discussing project details with his crew on a daily basis. Not only did they deliver exceptional work, but they also went above and beyond by offering complimentary services such as removing dead tree roots and installing a new side door step at no additional cost. Andy and his team are top notch professionals. Huge job (driveway, some backyard, retaining wall/walkway, front steps) done by large crew in 3 days. No corners cut, very efficient and hardworking and cleaned everything up even washing dust off the front door and windows. Always responsive during planning & the days of work. We are so happy that we are considering remodelling our master bathroom. Honestly have dealt with a lot of contractors/companies over the years that always left us feeling ripped off and uneasy. We used Green Summer Construction Inc to our front entrance interlocking. Andy and his team have done a tremendous job which was fast, clean and professional. It was done within the budget and every day the surroundings were thoroughly cleaned. Overall, a very positive experience!

The quote seems expensive, but considering the amount of work thats been done, (interlock for front yard, side yard, back yard, 2 retaining wall, extended driveway, wooden fence at the back, metal fence in the front, emerald cedar at the side, pebble stone, sod, and more), the price is very reasonable.

They also do it very fast and efficient, they have been very friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent work overall, I am extremely satisfied.

I asked for a new deck, fence, underground sprinking and new sod for my back yard. I needed a walkway, retaining wall for my flower bed and new driveway. I was told the job would start in about 6 weeks and they started in 5. It was right on what was quoted and it was all complete in about 10 days. Worked long hard hours and the team came daily.
