When we first went to Monique's we were looking for a specific item that we had found that they carried. Upon entering the store everyone was very busy, however, still willing to take the time to answer your questions, provide advice and show you various options for a couple of items that we were looking for. I would go back to Monique's in the future as they have great customer service.
