TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE DEEP CLEAN!
I had a cleaning done at my home February 25th and again the following week due to negligence from your cleaners! my home still wasn't cleaned properly even after the second time. decided to write to you and express my disappointment with your services, HOWEVER I HAVENT HAD A RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT!
You had two cleaners come to my empty home for a deep clean. your cleaners were very nice but they reeked of cigarettes. The smell was unbearable.
This was supposed to be a deep clean, however your cleaners only did surface cleaning!
your cleaners used the same rag to clean the toilets and other surface areas, this is very unhygienic. The steam cleaning was only done to the upstairs washrooms but not down stairs ( confirmed by your cleaners). The walls in the bathroom were not wiped down, the grout in the tub was not cleaned properly ( still brown) and hair in the drain. The baseboards were not cleaned, the light fixtures still have dirt and handles were not disinfected, the dishwasher had food in the filter. I will be attaching pictures so you can better see ( these pictures were taken when we moved in).
I trusted your company to do this clean because you advertise a checklist on your instagram but most of these things were not done.
I paid over $400 to have a DEEP CLEAN done to our new home. Unfortunately it is difficult for me to reclean everything that was missed because I am 8 months pregnant ... hence why I invested to have the cleaning done prior to us moving in..
