He did very good job with very good finish.He is knowledgeable professional in construction field with professional approach.He took little more time but workmanship is great.

I hired him in July 2021 to complete a legal basement including permits. After continuous follow ups throughout July, August, September on whether he submitted the permit (which he told me did and then later told me he just lets his engineer deal with him and he doesn't know), I contacted the city to realize it hadn't been submitted. He finally submitted it in September. Long story short, a legal basement was not possible. I renegotiated the contract to complete a personal use legal basement which he confirmed would be completed by December 31, 2021. Fast forward on that, and I had to hire another contractor to finish the basement in April 2022, despite paying several deposits to Steve. This is a classic case of a nightmare contractor. Continuously doesn't do what he says he would do (like show up), goes days/weeks without answering his phone or getting back to you, just unprofessional on so many fronts. Extremely frustrating process, which I truly regret hiring.

A big thank you to Steve from Morin K7 for taking up my small project of bathroom renovation and delivering it hassle free as per my expectations. Steve is a great person and he is very experienced, a quality I would look for in the person who would be entrusted with making alterations to my house. At no point did I feel that he was trying to make money out of me. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend his company. Looking forward to working with you again soon.

Steve is a Professional Construction Contractor, who performs Good Quality of housing renovation works. He is a good all-rounder, very knowledgeable and hard working. Capable of performing multitasking activities including handling team of various trades to get the work done as committed.
