Condominium Renovations review in Toronto

We really had an amazing experience with Altima Kitchens and Closets who remodelled our kitchen in Toronto Downtown. They also did the flooring and other renovation of our condo. Altima crew was always on time and did all the jobs with precision. It is rare to find a complete kitchen renovation company with all services under one proof and there was no stress and surprise during the entire execution process. I highly recommend Altima Kitchens and Closets.

Condominium Renovations review in Toronto

This is my honest feedback. Altima Kitchens & Closets, they may be good in installing cabinets but other services like installing floor, maintenance, customer relations etc. please dont trust them. I had given them contract last year in July 2022 for renovating my kitchen and floor. I have no issues with the kitchen cabinets but they installed vinyl floor over unlevelled surface of kitchen and foyer where tiles were there. As a result, vinyl floor planks were broken within a few months and when I complaint about the whole scenario, at first they ignored my concerns and start blaming me for the damage but later when I showed them the evidence this year, and the pics of broken vinyl installed over tiles unlevelled cement they started offering me 50% discount on the repair work instead of taking the responsibility and keeping their words for the maintenance.

Not accepting their fault at first place and later not taking the ownership for fixing the issue and charging money are the breach of trust and warranty of promise they made.

I dont recommend their services. I had to hire another company to repair my flooring and paid again out of my pocket.
