Townhouse condo in North York where each unit plants their own flowers and the hired gardeners do the maintenance. They were late in May with the weeding and pulled the plants instead. The replacement of the plants and foliage became a long, drawn out period of 6 months with far too many follow ups and barely any notification of when they they were coming. They dragged out replacing the plants - not bringing what was expected or a lesser quantity. When the condo board stepped in to arrange for them to transplant some of the plants on cite they again planted less plants than agreed upon. Since they did not bring soil or mix
the plants were bulging out. I then left out soil for them to properly make the adjustments but this was ignored because they said I was not home.Now the condo board will be giving me a gift certificate to make up for these shortfalls.
the newly planted were popping up, bulging, especially when it rained. I
then arranged with the condo board for Ledesma to fix this and I provided bags of soil that I left out for them to use but they told the board that that they didnt do it because I wasnt home! This was mid
November. I am now awaiting a gift certificate from the board to purchase the remaining plants for next Spring to make up for Ledesmas shortfalls.
