I couldn’t get on site and Tom took every step to call to explain situation and confirm job scope before performing any potentially unwanted repair. He also suggested several options to save cost while respecting code. Very reactive and professional. Only good vibes and impressions (only 4 stars for satisfaction because it is too early to say it will be ok for years to come!)
