Plancaster Heating and Air

This is the second time we have worked with Paul and his group at Plancaster. the first time was a dead thermostat, which was replaced same day and looks great.
We just turned our AC on for the first time this spring and it was dead. at 830 am I called, and a team of technicians was on site in 2 hours, our AC unit is 15 years old, and not really worth fixing with the extent of the damages, its nearly 4:00 now, and they have completed the replacement, as quoted, and have exceeded my expectations.

An annual service visit revealed that a drain trap was incorrectly installed and the humidifier was wired incorrectly. We were bill for 4 hours of work. I called the owner to question the amount of the bill given that the time spent was required to correct errors on the original installation of the furnace completed by Plancaster Heating and Air. The owner was rude in his tone and told me to look for another provider if I was not happy. This company does not stand behind the work they complete and treats anyone who questions them with disrespect.

Plancaster's work was exceptional, their planning and execution of the ductwork modifications was flawless. We were totally inpressed by the level of professionalism and customer service this company provided.

They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and the installation was awesome. We extended ductwork into our addition. Plancaster planned the route of the ductwork to provide maximum heat/cool distribution while allowing for minimum disruption.

We highly recommend this company for heating, air condtioning and ductwork. They were very knowledgable about the products and warranties.
