I could not be happier with this company. I am a Realtor and my client's built-in Bosch microwave was not working. They had previously had an appliance repair person out to try to fix the problem, only to have them come back multiple times and not be able to figure out the problem. Once we were under contract on the property, we needed to get this repair done quickly. The communication throughout the process cannot be beat. They told me when the parts would be in and prepped me that the repair may be done the next business day the parts did not arrive early enough in the day. When the parts arrived, he communicated that they were heading to the property to repair the microwave, and then called again once it was fixed!
