I normally dont leave reviews but my experience with Daniel and Bruno was so smooth that they deserve one. I know they were not the cheapest quote we had, but this is our forever home so we wanted to get something higher quality and someone we could trust.
I love that Bruno takes on a kind of designer role, he was very helpful in helping us choose a colour that would match our decoration and the option to have a wider stripe on the zebra shade was great, because I always saw the zebra shades and didnt like them because it looked weird to me all the little stripes, but with the 5 inch ones it looked so much better!! We motorized everything with the alpha motors and they are so quiet, I love it!!
The best thing I can say is their service is top notch. This job was done over 2 years ago, and we had an issue with one of our blinds. I was worried they would ignore us, but when I called, Daniel answered and the very next day they came by picked up the blind and brought it back and reinstalled it 3 days later, I was very happy because I was worried they wouldnt actually honour their warranty but they did and very quickly too.
