An emergency came up and I needed the snow cleared in the front and side of my car. My car was on the street and was plowed in. I did a Google search for snow removal and contacted HomeStars via their chat. Someone got back to me immediately and was able to have someone out within the hour. I unfortunately forget the man’s name (but I did give him a review as the chat window was still open).
He was here in about 30 minutes with a shovel for what I thought would be a snow blower job but he was able to get my car out no problem. When I went out to pay him I saw he had done my driveway as well so I could keep my car off the street, he salted as well. What I thought would take hours with a shovel took him about 40 minutes. I couldn’t believe it!
We chatted briefly, he was an extremely polite, kind, and professional man, who did a great job and much more then I expected.
From the moment I contacted HomeStars to the job completion everything went quickly with no problems. I was extremely happy I chose them when I did my Google search.
I have recommended and will continue to do so, I will also be using their service again as I have a few small jobs that need to be done around the house come spring.
It’s hard to find good help with good prices these days. When looking for help you have to sift through so many search results, try to find a reputable company with decent prices, set up an appointment etc…
