My experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors was extremely amazing. I didnt know what to expect replacing windows that were 30 plus years. I would like to thank my sales representative Mike and his amazing team for providing such professional service. Customer service was amazing at responding to and assisting me throughout this project. The day I received the call with the install date I was very excited but also nervous because I didnt know what to expect. The installers were very polite and professional. They put drop sheets down to minimize debris during the removals and installation. I was very comfortable with the installers so I left my house so they could do their job. I returned mid to late afternoon they were just finishing the final touches on the last window. I couldnt believe the efficiency and quality of work they had provided. I will be definitely recommending Direct Windows and Doors to anyone who asks. Once again, thank you for everything.
