Power shutters, power screens, glass railings
Customer Service is poor. A few years ago, Muskokify did extensive work for us multiple power screens + power shutters and glass railings. In June, contacted the owner, Kevin, regarding a shutter for our screen porch that was not working properly and needed adjustment. Shutter works sometimes, when it doesnt, renders the screen porch virtually unusable. Kevin responded that he was too busy, might be available the end of August. Kevins email responses gave suggestions as to how I could fix the problem. Did as suggested, shutter still not working properly. Have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails. Kevin talked a good game re customer service, but doesnt deliver problem still hasnt been solved. Hired Kevins company because being local, was promised strong customer service, thats not the case, Muskokifs customer service is poor, I do not recommend them.

Thanks Doug for the review, we service hundreds of customers each year and get great reviews and feedback
since its the only "poor review" we've had on HomeStars or Google I expect customers will make there own conclusion.
As I stated at the time of your request we were heavily booked and it was going to take a couple weeks for us to get there.
Given this was only 1 shutter that was sticking part way and you were able to put it up, this timeframe should have been acceptable.
The shutters worked fine for years and since they don't change the only thing that could have happened is your building shifted
causing the shutter rail to be out alignment.
Agree you sent a few emails, none of them were pleasant or understanding but we still offered to help
