Due to great weather in October we decided to have our garage roof at the lake replaced. I requested quotes from 3 roofers; using the on line request form available on the Itz Roofing web site I got a quick response from Kyle. He asked for pictures and then returned a very detailed and comprehensive estimate. Total costs from all 3 estimates were quite similar but I liked the level of detail Kyle provided as well as the good reviews on Home Stars and the fact that the company is a member of the BBB and had good ratings. Once I accepted his quote the roof was done within a week. Kyle kept me well informed of schedule and progress and answered all of my questions openly and honestly. We went out to visit the site during the work and found the crew to be friendly and informative. Work site was kept clean and free of nails, etc. and the new roof looks great. Kyle sent pictures of the job in progress as well as the completed work. I found Kyle to be very accommodating, responsive and professional. We will likely have him re-roof our cabin in the future as well. Highly recommended.
