I hired Clement from Dedicated Electrical Service to do some exhaust fans in my house. I was nervous about hiring a contractor because of several issues I have had in the past. He came when he said he would come for the quote and gave a fair quote.
When I hired him, he came on time; this is the first time any contractor I have ever hired did this, and it was a welcome surprise. I didn’t know which kind of fans to buy. He explained my options and picked up the fan I needed. When he installed the fan, he arranged for the person to drill a hole in the wall for the vent and checked with the roofer to ensure he was installing the roof vent properly. This kind of professionalism was the basis for the level of trust he gained in my home. He noticed that the last electrician in my house had taken several short cuts while he was here. He then went out of his way to call an inspector and get a hold of the last electrician to determine why. You could see the level of dedication to what he does.
I hired him to correct the aluminum wiring after. While he was doing it, he also changed all the lightning. He put dimmers on the lights when we asked. We had purchased the wrong type of light for the kitchen. He explained that it couldn’t put a dimmer on it then bought the right one for us.
Clement called a couple of days after finishing to ensure that everything was working fine. We are fortunate to have found him and consider him to be very professional. I would hire him again and have recommended him to a friend who said the same thing. They were also surprised that he showed up when he said he would.
