Appliance repair crew has helped me resurrect messaging dryer several times, but it finally gave up the ghost. I live in a typical village home with a VERY narrow basement doorway (24 inches). After I purchased a new dryer, Technicians disassembled and reassembled the entire dyer to get it downstairs. OUTSTANDING! There was absolutely no other way I was getting a 27-inch dryer in there. Thanks, guys!

I have used this company three times now and have been completely satisfied and impressed every time. The Manager always answers his phone, comes on time, and diagnoses the problem correctly. Technicians have fixed my fridge and washing machine at a very reasonable price. They are very experienced, honest and a pleasure to deal with.

This company was very accommodating to our schedule and very knowledgeable. Technicians provided an accurate estimate beforehand and worked quickly and efficiently. They were also polite and careful of our kitchen finishings. We would recommend and use them again!

I called to get my washer repaired and the next day, they came to see what was needed to fix it. It required a part that they didn't have readily available, but called their supplier and put them on speaker phone, so I could hear how much it was going to cost. They came back the next day and installed the part, and showed me how the old part failed. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

I have been using Technicians at this company for half a year we have exclusively used them since January.

They always show when they say they will and are interested in repairing before replacing. I have gotten some great appliance advice from them over the years.
I can't recommend them enough.

Put some clothes in the dryer Sunday morning and found out it was not working. Called their tech guys and they were there within the hour. Had the parts to fix the broken belt and was done in about 30 mins. Great fast service.

Recently moved into an older home, the basement was renovated with a 20-year-old washer/dryer in it. However, the stairs were narrowed so that you couldn't move out the appliances. This company guys came on time and disassembled the machines (including bending metal) to make them fit through the stairs. The work was done in a good amount of time. And Technicians were very considerate of making too much noise since I have a baby in the house. Overall good work and I would call them for any appliance repair needs.

Our Samsung oven suddenly stopped working properly. It took two hours to heat up to 300 degrees. We were anxious because we had a dinner party planned for a few days. Technicians at this company were a wonderful choice. They came over within a few hours of our phone call and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. We would be happy to call them in the future and recommend their services to others.

I called this organization and the Manager answered, he was very polite and came to see me right away technicians were on time and extraordinarily honest with their recommendations on the best solutions to my problems. They ordered the parts and we set up a time for them to come back and fix the issues, technicians did everything they said they were going to do and I would definitely recommend them and use them again for my refrigerator!

Got an error code on a washing machine, called this business, and made an appointment. Repairperson came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They even showed me what to do if it happens again. Awesome service.
