Legalizing Basement and Major Renovation Design and Permit
Arash is a true professional. we worked with Utes to complete our major renovation and create separate legal basement.
To ensure the project is being done according to the building codes and standards, we applied for construction permit from City of Toronto, and guess what the drawings got accepted within two weeks without any question. Arash not only helped us with the design and permit but also helped us to choose a contractor to do the job with a reasonable price.
Arash was very dedicated, meticulous and detail oriented. All the work was completed within given timeline, which included providing drawings with considering our concerns and requests and support the contractor during the construction period. City inspector was more than happy to see the quality of work done.
