Juan & Movers were communicating very clearly and helped me provide them the best information possible to make sure I received the most accurate quote. My timeline was quite tight but they managed to make time at the start of May. They were patient & was experienced with moving a 1 bedroom & some living room furniture from a detached home uptown Toronto into a 1bdr condo downtown.
On moving day, they came exactly on time and moved very quickly, so fast that we finished a little earlier than anticipated.
During transit, they had experienced some traffic and was clear with letting me know they were going to be delayed and approximate arrival times. A previous tenant was blocking the loading bay at the destination that resulted in a longer wait, but with our communications they were patient and understanding.
The move took about 4 hours from 9:30am to 1:30pm. They reviewed everything with me after finishing the move and let me do an inventory check before they left. Unfortunately I only noticed after the fact that a bed frame incurred some damage during the move, but it is minor enough that it does not take away from their professional attitudes and quick work. I would recommend them again for their work. Their customer service was great and followed up with me a week or two afterwards.
