Seven of us (in a condo) had hot water tanks that needed replacing and we contacted Gregori Plumbing for an estimate. The owner, Diego, visited the building and provided an estimate, which was very reasonable compared to others we had obtained. Prior to installation he did a walk-around, looking at existing plumbing and tank access, and answering owners questions. He then made arrangements with each owner to install the new tanks in a timely manner.
Throughout the process Diego was professional, thorough, and efficient. He made recommendations, provided clear explanations, and worked cooperatively and patiently with his clients. He provided outstanding service: owners commented, It all went smoothly; It was quick and efficient; He was polite, and explained the warranty; Diego was excellent. We will use him the next time we need a plumber.
