Alex worked with me to figure out a design that met the needs of my family as well as OBC. Not everybody in contracts will put the time in to discuss options on what was effectively a minimum cost job for them, but Alex did. We landed on an Aluminum rail. I asked a lot of questions, and they were patiently answered. He made a separate trip to take measurements, show me samples, and provide an estimate before securing the work. I got two quotes for the work. Prices were comparable (Elite had a slightly better price for the job), but the level of communication and collaboration I received with Elite was a tremendous value add. We lost a post cap over the following winter and Alex came by to replace it at no cost. Build quality has held up well over the past year. I highly recommend Elite Rail Construction.
