Marcio Marciano Bricklayer

We hired Marcio to repair a wall on our 120yr old house in little italy. His quote was very fair (within 300$ of 3 other quotes). I found he was very concerned with making the right repair, not the cheapest or fastest. Also he added stone around our doorway, so that we do not have degraded bricks again.

His crew was very repsectful, and worked rediculously hard (completed the job in 2 days, in 35c heat).

Overall a 10/10, and a very nice and generous person. Would reccomend to anyone.

Marcio did an incredible job, he arrived and prepped the area. Removed the old AC unit and closed off the opening. He select a brick that match in similarity to my existing brick which was installed in the 1990's and further took existing brick from the existing wall further up and blended the entire brick work together.

I put a service request and Marcio responded quickly. He came over and gave me a fair quote for the work. He showed up the day he said he would, did the brick removal quickly in two days and had all the debris carted away. Once the contractor had reinsulated the front wall and replaced the windows, he came back and did an amazing job of the stonework. The work was meticulous, his attitude amazingly courteous and the final product is dazzling. He also redid our front porch and now the house is unrecognizable from what it was just a month ago. He is dedicated, very hard-working and is receptive to suggestions as well as open to give his thoughts and suggestions. I will use him again if I need to and recommend him with no hesitation to anyone who has a stonework or brickwork project. He is, in our view, the best.

After booking an appointment, Marcio and Ivan gave me a quick quote for my outdoor concrete steps, they came the next morning and finished the work quickly with a quality finish and design. They were very patient with my request and I was happy with the end result without breaking the bank.

Marcio was very helpful in determining and discussing what could be done to address repairs to interlock for our entrance. We were having to deal with discontinued stones/pavers to get the job done. We met with Marcio and had a closer look, at point where he suggested what could be done. Upon agreement, the work was undertaken and completed within a couple of days without delay. I shared with a close friend concerns about my chimney top bricks falling apart and he recommended a bricklayer who he observed working on the same site as himself. He said his chimney was restored by this man - Marcio Marciano and he is quite happy with the job. I called the phone provided and Marcio came to give me an assessment. He told me where I can buy bricks same as my existing ones, and that he will provide the mortar and will need water and couple buckets. Marcio helped me to order a bin for the waist removal. He quoted how much his labour costs and explained what he offers to do. He said he will do it next Monday and Tuesday. The job was finished on Tuesday, he did not ask for upfront payment and kept his offered price. He cleaned nearly all debris and did not leave much for me to clean. I was so happy with Marcio's job that asked him if I can recommend him to others. He appreciated my offer and was happy that I liked his job.
