Installed the newest type of heating and A/C system in a 8 plex. It aloud separate individual controls in each unit for heat and cooling , separate from other apartments “no sharing of recirculating air”. I never heard of this style, but he explained it is the same system they use in all condo towers and best way again to separate each apartment from each other. Was very professional, considerate to other trades in building and explained everything as he went along. Felt very con
