Was asked to put down a cash deposit to take a sample home to my space to see if it worked. Did not have cash, put it on debit card. When sample was returned same day, they were unable to put amount back on my card. They cut me a check, put wrong name, had to return and get proper name. Service is slow. Took me more than 2 hours just waiting for staff, getting checks signed. The dragging time left a poor taste with me which prompted me to check reviews. I am glad I did not chose this company, Seems like Im not the only one who had issues. The owner seems disinterested and not concerned about clientele having to waste their time.
