We have used Star Appliance Repair twice recently. In both cases, service was prompt, friendly and professional. Communication was excellent. Our satisfaction is evident by our calling a second time when a new problem occurred with a second appliance a few days after the first.

Thank you for a job well done

Mississauga

Had a hard time trying to get a lid for a 3 year old washer. Previous repair company we called said they could not find one. They only called one supplier. Still charged us for a service call.

The Star Appliance people did their work WITHOUT a prior visit. Found the part, installed it. The tech was very friendly and helpful. This was a few weeks ago and it's working fine.

Weren't for Star Appliance service, our washer would be scrap.

Excellent and Quick Laundry Machine Repair

My laundry/washing machine broke down recently which *WAS* a big problem, especially during the pandemic. Thanks to Vladislav and team at Star Appliance Repair, this problem is now behind me, as they managed to send over a technician very quickly, diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than 48 hours.
