I hired Chris and Monika to repair the ceiling of a closet where old plaster had started disintegrating. They were great! Incredibly responsive, honest and lovely people. They were even mindful of my baby's nap schedule. To top it off, Chris unclogged a drain that he noticed was slow. Would definitely hire them again!

Incredible service! Amazing communication, and so incredibly honest. Id been fighting with this job for months trying to figure out the right anchor for the art we were going to hang. I was quoted $100 for the job, and when they discovered how easy it was (despite me being willing to pay that price) they made it $50 because I had apparently oversold.

Our place was definitely out of the way - so I really do appreciate the long distance trip for something so trivial! Thank you both - well be calling again for sure!

I rarely leave reviews but I want to let everyone know, Chris and Monika are fantastic.

I had multiple issues (Drywall, Faucet, Floor Gaps, that needed to be fixed in my Condo.

Chris and Monika quickly responded to my request and were able to come over to fix the issues in a timely fashion. They also made a personal trip to purchase a part for a 2nd visit. Chris also provided some great tips for future maintenance.

I am very pleased I hired Chris and Monika. I cannot say enough great things about them. Going forward, they will be the first ones I contact for future issues in the house that need to be fixed.

Kris and Monika came quickly. They had to figure out work-arounds for replacing a kitchen tap in an old house where everything, including water turn off taps were old and seized up. They made it work and their fee was extremely reasonable for the work that they did. I would definitely have them back!

Chris and his wife were great to work with. We had an emergency situation - the ceiling of our bedroom fell due to water damage. We needed mold remediation, plastering and painting of the ceiling to fix it and we needed someone who could do it quickly because I am 9 months pregnant. They were so respectful in the way they took our situation seriously - they understood the immediacy and worked quickly, and always kept the work space clean and tidy, protecting our family from the mold and dust. They were so sweet, communicative, gave a good price and our ceiling looks perfect. Thank you!!

Very happy with the work done on my fence. Happy Conatruction did a great job repairing my leaning fence at a fair price.

I had a rotting column supporting the roof on my front porch and signed up for Home Stars contractors to contact me about it. Three contractors contacted me, and asked for photos and more information. I sent all three of them the same photos and information. Kris from Happy Construction is the only one who followed up with me and came to see me the next day. I suppose that the job was too small for the other contractors.

Kris and his wife quoted a reasonable price and were able to do the work within a few days. They are honest and reliable - I ended up paying less than I was quoted because the materials used came in at a lower cost.

I am very happy with the finished work and would recommend them to anyone needing jobs done in or around their home. Because they are a small sized company, they are excellent for smaller sized projects that the bigger companies may not be interested in doing. They did the work quickly and cleaned up nicely after they were done.
