Beware. Took advantage of my senior mom. Disrespectful, unprofessional and rude
Beware! This is not an educated gardener, he will take advantage. Hire someone else!!!
Alex provided my mom with both lawncare and snow removal for a few years and became very rude with her kids who came to help mom manage things.
Alex took full advantage of my senior mom and its very upsetting. He also dropped our contract when confronted while being given a chance to make it right. This alone speaks volumes.
- pulled up family heirloom perennials killing our bleeding hearts & our hostas.
-Allowed the Virginia creeper to climb up unchecked and kill our sculptured evergreens.
-Allowed the climbing bush in the photo to grow well beyond a small bush causing roof damage despite multiple requests by me personally to trim it back to a short bush.
- asked for a 5 star review and dropped our contract when I declined.
Smokes - leaves cigarette butts on property.
In our winter snow removal contract that was paid in full up front: Alex was very rude when we asked when he would be by to clear snow.
His unprofessional behaviour included texting me at 4am very upset that snow angels provided me with safe passage for my handicapped access inside. See photo. Just wow rude
Alex is challenging on a good day to work with. He asked for me to provide a 5 star review and when I suggested he fix some of the issues moving forward this season and I will revisit the review this fall - he chose to drop our spring contract. You bet Im now leaving an honest review!
Took advantage of my senior mom, very disrespectful to her kids taking over the property. Tried to give him another chance because my mom likes him, and he became more unprofessional and rude. Im so happy to move on and find actual professionals.

thanks for this honest review it's so sad your mother used to love our work for 4 years and since you took control over her decision everything went downfall thanks for letting see the type of client you become and how you evolve hating our really hard job i can tell you didn't had any idea of gardening since the plants we cut every years it's for cleaning since they die on winter and come back on spring your mother always told us to cut it but since you arrive everything went downfall as i say best wishes to Sandra she is such a beautiful person i wish you were like your mother a gentle and educated person thanks and goodbye 👋 ,You are so honest that you published this review anonymous, but remember the truth always triumphs
