Kevin is fantastic! We were looking for someone to walk us through the new century-old home we recently purchased to help us identify and prioritize areas in need of attention. Kevin did that and then some - spending over 3 hours with us assessing just about every element of the house and answering our many, many questions. He is very easy to talk to, patient, friendly; a great guy all around - not to mention extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He had a very detailed report prepared the same day as the inspection, and communication from start to finish was excellent. Overall, our experience with Kevin well exceeded our expectations.
