He offered a fair and competitive price, and kept to that budget. If there were any changes to be made, he was responsive with looking into the adjustments to the quote and was clear with options available.
Errol and his team rebuilt our porch and parking pad to meet with the city's requirements. His team started on time, was very polite, and kept the area tidy at the end of each day. Errol himself would come by frequently to ensure the work was meeting his high standards.
The building inspector complimented Errol's work and we were able to clear all inspections without any delays.
