My Wife and I decided to replace the windows at the front of our property as one was leaking. Fortunately I stumbled across TKB Developments!
Everything about these guys is awesome from the initial communication through to the installation and quality assurance walk through. Kristy (the co-owner) first visited our property to provide an estimate. She was punctual, extremely professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. We are so grateful for the advice that Kristy provided as it would not have occurred to us to select the design of window we chose. She took the time to explain the entire process, types of window available, and offered her professional opinion with no pressure whatsoever. We liked and trusted Kristy immediately.
We were kept informed throughout the process and when it came to installation day, we further knew that we made the right choice in TKB Developments. The installers (Pete and John) were utterly professional and a pleasure to have working at our property. They clearly take pride in what they do, were polite and obviously experts in their field. During installation, some further issues were revealed regarding the existing leaking window but Pete and John had the knowledge and experience to resolve the problem without any concern to us.
The finished product looks better than we could ever have hoped for. The appearance of the house has been transformed thanks to the advice from Kristy and awesome workmanship of Pete and John.
Such is their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, Kristy visited the property to conduct a walk through and ensure that we were completely happy with the product and installation (which of course we were).
I literally cannot recommend TKB Developments highly enough. They are fantastic to deal with, totally trustworthy and actually have your best interests at heart.
