I had a terrible experience with CASPI. Nik did mold removal work on my basement, but within a few weeks, the mold came back. When I tried to contact them per their guarantee, they blocked my number and refused to honor their commitment. I now have to pay for another company to fix this. Avoid this company at all costs; they are unreliable and unprofessional.

After finding black mold in my basement i had three companies come out to assess and provide a quote. As. Soon as Caspi team walking me through details, i knew we d we going with caspi service group .
Their quote was detailed and accurate and they also probideed us with couple extra options depending on our budget.
Caspi team were very professional, quick and clean, and also provided lots of feedback about what they found once they cut into the walls.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Caspi service group for any of the mold issues.

Technician was extremely professional. He did clean and nice job in my washroom. Old Mold stains are gone .
Also he went to our basement to check if we have a Mold . He took out 1 sample for Mold test.
