After an exhaustive search to find a reputable concrete company, we hired Saverio and his team at Gigicrete to repair our front walkway, and a portion of our backyard concrete. Our project was challenging due to factors such as limited property access, extremely tight property lines, and a shared walkway component. From start to finish, Saverio was patient, honest, understanding, clear in his intentions and his advice. He managed both my expectations and those of my neighbors, even in somewhat tenous moments. Italians, after all, have lots of opinions about concrete. When my project scope expanded to include some work my neighbour also wanted to get done, he was patient in adjusting the project plan midstream. I most-valued his effective and frequent communication. This made project management much easier. His contracts are transparent and his prices are very fair. You can tell he cares about his workers, and in turn, those workers were respectful of my time and property. Of course, we are very happy with the final result.
