I was trying to sell my house and was looking for someone to do the job without much success and thats when Delroy came to my rescue. He was very professional and kind. He took notes of what was required and inspected the basement. He provided the high level estimate which we agree so he drafted the contract. He kept is upto date as he completes each section. There were some issues on our part but Delroy went above and beyond to resolve them.

Started with quoting $30,000, but dropped to $15000. Delroy was good and trustworthy, but his workers were not as trustworthy. Make sure you get an invoice and again don’t trust James.
