I am very impressed with the technician that came to our house for the maintenance of our AC. Bruce was genuinely trying to help and did an excellent job. He came on time and didn’t make a mess. I appreciate his hard work. The whole experience was great, I strongly recommend The HVAC Service.

There was a problem with our AC. I called The HVAC Service and they arranged an appointment. Paul was punctual, friendly, and got the problem resolved. He repaired the thermostat and offered good advice. I would use this company again.

The HVAC Service was able to schedule an appointment on the same day I called. Andrew had integrity and was straightforward explaining things he would do. He checked the system, found out that filters got dirty, and cleaned them right away. Joshua took time to explain that dirty filters slow down airflow and make the air conditioning system work harder than it needs to, which also translates into wasted energy and higher energy bills. I called The HVAC Service and got a person who told me they can get a technician out within an hour. Michael arrived promptly and found a refrigerant leak. He fixed it, tested the repair, and added refrigerant. Quality service from beginning to end. Thanks again!

My AC was working intermittently. I called several companies and they all couldn’t make it until the next day. The HVAC Service responded quickly and Jeremy came within the hour. He found a partially clogged drain line. He took his time to explain that the drain line removes the water released when the evaporator converts refrigerant from a liquid to a gas, and over time, dirt can build up, which leads to an AC drain line clog. He cleared it and made sure there are no other issues going on. Everything has been great since. I would absolutely recommend this company.
